Getting Started

The current beta is organized around a business workspace, with an optional isolated Practice workspace for learning and testing.

Recommended first-time order: Business Settings → Customers → Products → Create Invoice or Quick Sale.

1. Sign in and choose a workspace

After signing in, the app opens your active workspace. The desktop sidebar includes a Workspace selector. Most accounts have a regular business workspace plus a Practice workspace containing isolated sample data.

2. Complete Business Settings

Open Business Settings and enter the business name, owner/contact information, address, invoice prefix, default machine rate, timezone, invoice terms, and default invoice notes. These values are reused throughout the app.

3. Add customers

Customers can include contact and business names, email, phone, mailing and shipping addresses, default discount, resale certificate information, tax-exempt status, and notes. You can add a customer from the Customers page or while creating an invoice or Quick Sale.

4. Add products

Create reusable catalog products with SKU, description, and standard price. The built-in 3D-print costing calculator can estimate material, machine, hardware, packaging, and labor cost and then suggest a retail price.

5. Create a transaction

Create Invoice

Requires a customer and creates a Draft invoice. Finalize it when ready.

Quick Sale

Customer is optional. It records payment immediately and creates a receipt.

6. Record payments and run reports

Use Payments for full or partial payments against open invoices. Reports can show sales summaries, invoices, receipts, payments, and outstanding balances for a selected date range.

App navigation

Desktop navigation appears in the left sidebar. On phones, the main navigation is Home, Customers, Products, Search, and Menu. The Menu contains Create Invoice, Quick Sale, Invoices & Receipts, Payments, Reports, and Business Settings.
