Business Settings
Store company identity and defaults used by products, invoices, sales, and reports.
Company information
Business name, owner, email, phone, address, city, state, and ZIP/postal code. These values appear on printable sales documents.
Sales and invoice defaults
| Setting | Use |

| Invoice prefix | Prefix used by document numbering. |
| Default machine rate / hour | Starting machine rate in product costing. |
| Timezone | Central, Eastern, Mountain, Pacific, Alaska, or Hawaii. |
| Enable wholesale pricing | Enables wholesale-pricing support. |
| Default invoice terms | Terms shown on invoices. |
| Default invoice notes | Default notes used when an invoice has no custom notes. |
Save
Choose Save Business Settings after making changes.
Founder only: The root business workspace also contains beta-tester access tools not shown to normal subscribers.
