Show Mode
Show Mode is a focused, offline-capable sales screen for craft shows, local events, and other places where internet service may be unreliable.
Before the show
Open Show Mode while connected to the internet and choose Refresh Offline Data. This stores the active product catalog, current prices, active customers, and customer-specific pricing on the device.
What works offline
You can record a walk-in sale or select an existing cached customer, add cached active products, adjust quantities, record a payment method such as Cash, Square, or Other, and add a note.
What does not work offline
Product editing, pricing changes, customer creation, Business Settings, reports, imports, and other administration remain online-only. This keeps offline synchronization deliberately simple and safer.
Sync queue
Every Show Mode sale receives a unique client-generated ID and is stored in a durable local queue. The screen shows Waiting to Sync, Syncing, Synced, or Conflict. A retry cannot silently create a duplicate receipt because the server remembers the unique sale ID.
Conflicts
If a customer or product changed while the device was offline and the server cannot safely accept the sale, the sale remains marked Conflict. Nothing is silently overwritten. Review the message, refresh offline data when connected, and retry only after the conflict is understood.
PWA / home-screen use
3D Amazing can be installed or added to the home screen as a web app on supported devices. Visit Show Mode online at least once before relying on it offline so the required app files and business cache are available on that device.
