Quick answers about the current 3D Amazing Sales Manager beta.
Where is business data stored?
Supabase is the app backend/database. The public website and Help Center are not the live business database.
Does Practice affect real data?
No. Practice is isolated sample/test data.
Invoice vs. Quick Sale?
Create Invoice makes a Draft invoice for a customer and may leave a balance. Quick Sale records payment immediately and creates a receipt; customer is optional.
How is price chosen?
Customer-specific price, then customer default discount, then standard catalog price. A manual transaction override takes priority.
Can I delete customers/products?
Archive/restore is preferred. Permanent delete is limited to unused records so transaction history is preserved.
Partial payments?
Yes. Payments can be less than the full balance.
Save PDFs?
Yes. Current beta uses the browser Print / Save PDF workflow.
Phone support?
The beta has mobile navigation, though data-heavy work is easier on desktop/tablet.
Quotes and Orders?
Not yet live as separate production modules.
